International site template: Studies were not created #110

When I created a template study, the read-only studies were created, but they are empty: image I don't see any "Apply translation" button, so I assume these studies were supposed to appear as soon as I create the template study (with the English version), and then updated every time I save a file.

I believe that it cause due to the mismatch between your user-name to your folder-name. I update your user name (now it will be same to your folder-name), so it supposed to works well.
