Study Editor: Unable to revert to last saved version

If we modify the file and want to reload the saved file, it is not clear how that can be done. Colin reports that it is possible only after closing the browser completely (not even logging out would help).

If we add a button with X on the right, that might serve as a method to close the file and reload it from the server. I'm open to other suggestions that would seem better from the user's perspective.

The option already exists. Right click a filename, select refresh/reset... This does not load files from the server, rather it resets to the original file that was downloaded, before any local changes that you made.

If two users did not find it, it wouldn't hurt to add the 'X' option.

Added this, not using X though (which we use for delete), using the refresh symbol instead.
