In Chrome, I created a new study, tried to drop a file, but nothing happened: drop

Tried to upload using the upload button, nothing happened. This is the error log:

Tried to log-out and get back in, still did not work with this error log:

Tried with firefox. Still couldn't upload and this was the error message:

Also tried to existing studies, and couldn't upload.

This happens only in the test Dashboard, so the bug was probably added recently.
