Lock Study doesn't work #92

I locked a study and saw no indication that the study is locked. Further, I was able to modify a file, save the modification, and also add a file.

It's not a bug it's a feature :) Super users allow to do everything with every study. Regular studies can not edit those studies.. Do you think we need to prevent them to edit those studies?

@ronenno1: Yes. Even SU can only edit their studies (e.g., I don't see other people's studies). So, it seems that rules related to write/read permissions are not different for SU, and it makes sense.
