Support Subfolders in study view #95

Currently subfolders in studies do not work.

To replicate in the dashboard:

  1. Create study "teststudy"
  2. Create folder "testfolder"
  3. Add a file to testfolder
  4. Right click on file and select "New Directory", the name of the new directory will be something like "testfolder/testfolder2"
  5. The new folder will be bugged
