"Play this task button" always version 0.0 #98

The play button in the dashboard will always run piQuest items in version 0.0 if you click on it with the questionnaire open in the editor. This is confusing because if you have a quest with version 0.1 features it will be broken and not have an obvious reason.

The docs button on the editor links to docs for 0.1, which makes it even more confusing
