Download CSV in Statistics downloads a file names csv.txt #99

The Download CSV action should download a file named 'stats.csv' [not urgent, please do not fix before we deploy the next Dashboard version]

By default the name of the file is [study name].csv. When study name is the text that entered by the user under the study field in the form. Do you want to make it constant (stats.csv)?

I guess this occurred when I downloaded after requesting stats without specifying a study name. So, if there is no study name, I recommend using stats.csv. If there is a study name, you can use the study name.

@andrewdzik : this is a right behaviour? I mean: we allow to send empty string as a study name?

Yes, you can not include a study name, in which case you will data for all studies over the date range.
