Update extension forMakecode v1 #5

Using the minode pacakge in makecode.microbit.org reseults in compilation failure. User reports this here with test files and outputs

Hi Mark,

The Micro:bit Educational Foundation had recently announced the official release of the new-and-improved version of the JavaScript Blocks editor powered by MakeCode.

There may be some compatible issues between the new version JavaScript Blocks editor and our software packages. Customers can use the previous version of the JavaScript Blocks editor first, on the other hand, we’ll try to upgrade our software package to support the new editor.
