File name suggestions (etc) #5

suggestions

- prefix or rename included jedi.inc.
- prefix (if possible) debug define, some 3rd party will use same, so we
can't always control it.
- rename/prefix settings.inc (too common)

Here is new version of jedi.inc file, which is out dated version in gr32ex 
(straight
from jcl SVN repository)
