PluginManager async requests with delay; adjustment to WorkaroundHelper #10

regarding the WorkaroundHelper: no not generally by default, but if the path is not defined it can try to locate the server_cfg.ini next to the exe. And if that fails, the next exception is thrown anyway, so that should be enough.
