Release to flathub #14

Yep, it would be good to have it on Flathub :) It has been discussed before, but I didn't get official support from DigiDoc maintainers to do this. If someone else wants to push it to Flathub, they're welcome to do so; this repo should be compatible with the requirements that Flathub has.
