Duplicate tags allowed #4

When 2 tags of the same name are added but in different cases (upper and lower), they are seen as separate tags but should be treated the same by logic.

Thank you for your input, however we feel that this can be allowed in the case of acronyms being used which have the same spelling as a word. For instance PRI could be an acronym the user uses and pri could mean primary. Also, this is not a functionality bug and instead should be a feature flaw.
