Portrait and skin are missing the double layer texture #187

Example: in game i look like this: https://it.namemc.com/profile/Malachiel.3

Instead in portrait/full skin the new layer is missing: https://minotar.net/armor/body/Malachiel/100.png

Hi this issue is now fixed per #214
