Added some hints about annotations in python 3.8. Checked myself with Grammarly and corrected other errors. @stgm

Ziet er heel goed uit @TheRijn! Alleen het weghalen van komma's is niet handig; die geven de nodige rust bij het lezen van de tekst. Zou je alle weggehaalde komma's kunnen terugzetten (de toegevoegde komma's zijn helemaal prima). Alleen de komma na "It is up to you to not only write the tests" onderaan kan wel wegblijven.
