There is no explanation of how the employee id is generated in the developer guide #15

As the employee id seems to increment even for failed commands, this should be addressed in the documentation.

Team's Response

We have addressed the actual functional bug in #56 which we accepted. This was not intended to begin with and hence we never addressed this in the documentation. Hence we will reject this as it is not a documentation bug.
