Chromecast stops working #432

Hi there,

I'm regular user of chromecast since it was available on sale in Amazon UK.
I'm watching youtube from my IPhone 4 v.7.1 and my TV is Philips 37PFL8404H/12, 
untill yesterday I had never any issues.
Yesterday I turned on my tv, and I've noticed that chromecast is doing 
automatically update... After that update, my chromecast just crashed. I've 
seen few times it becomes to restart, at the end just black screen with text: 
video format is not supported. Could you help me with this?

Hi.

I was contacting by the link you have advised to me.
Unfortunately there is no response yet. Also I've noticed that in that form I 
have to fill Developers ID, and App ID. 
Im not google cast developer, but user.
Are u sure that you give me right place where to bring my issue?
