Need to make the backdrop slideshow timing user selectable

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect backdrop to Google+ pics
2. start slideshow
3. wait an excessively long time for the next picture to come up

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
User should be able to select timing between photos - 5, 10, 30, 60, 120 seconds

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

You can now change the slideshow timer by adjusting the "Custom speed" in the 
Chromecast app's backdrop settings.
