Google Cast Receiver compatibilty

Hi,

As the description of Google Cast Receiver says - it needs Android 4.4+ to 
work. So I have a phone LG L40 d160 with Android 4.4.2, but when I try to 
install Google Cast receiver on it from Play store, it says that I have no 
compatible devices (and this phone is in the list). So my question is - are 
there some additional requirements which this phone doesn't comply or there is 
some way to install this app on it?

Please note that this app is for Android TV and is not compatible for a phone 
device. If you want to access it in Android TV you can find it in System Apps 
section if it is pre-installed.

Ohh, didn't notice it was only for TVs.

Thank you. And sorry for bothering.
P.S.: Is there a way to use Android devices (phones or tablets) as cast 
receivers, if it's not a secret?
