Upgrade Mikrotik firmware from v6.45.7

• [ ] Prove v6.45.7 is vulnerable (grep CVEs from changelogs or blog https://blog.mikrotik.com/security/fragattacks.html)
• [ ] Do backup / restore on existing confiuration
• [ ] Try to draw a network map from backup (or at least dump network setup in a readable way)
• [ ] Upgrade to v6.46
• [ ] Upgrade to v6.47
• [ ] Upgrade to v6.48

Dumping config would also be nice for auditing the changes.
