IRL student "strips" are marked in green.

"Student" should be shown in endorsement cell, hiding endorsments. (Possibly auto triggered?)
"Mentor" should be shown in endorsement cell for mentor, hiding endorsments. (Manually enterred)

Student mode could maybe be automatically triggered when going on position where he does not have rating. Or just make it a manual checkbox etc.
