Project Transparency and Update #4

Open asswalee19 opened 3 weeks ago

asswalee19 commented 3 weeks ago

It has now been five months since June, and we have yet to receive any updates or news. We respectfully request that you provide a reasonable explanation and insights into the project's progress. On June 30, you mentioned a "major overhaul of the architecture, white paper, partnerships, and branding," however, to date, we have not received any further information.

We do not wish to appear threatening, but if you persist in withholding updates or explanations, we will be forced to question the legitimacy of this project. If necessary, we are prepared to report our concerns to the Korean police and the FBI.

You should not disable the Issues section. Avoiding issues will not resolve them and may only lead to guilty conscience. I have recorded a video of our "communication", so I urge you not to close the section again.

Dear Mint Cash / Aleph Research / Akai-network/ 0xinevitable,

I am writing to request an update regarding the status of the Mint Cash project. Two weeks ago, I sent a reminder asking for updated information, but I have yet to receive a response. The last update on the project was posted on Twitter on June 30, 2023. (While there was a post by Daniel Hong on September 16, it does not appear to contain any information relevant to Mint Cash.) From June 30 to November 21, no updates or progress reports regarding the project have been shared.

In the June 30 post, Mint Cash was stated: "Regardless, we will be back with more official updates closer to the private demo/testnet date." However, five months have now passed, and no further "official updates" have been provided.

Since April 2024, the project has been almost paused. At that time, the team committed to providing regular official updates and periodic X Spaces sessions. Unfortunately, these commitments have not been fulfilled. Regarding the burndrop program, many participants burned their USTC based on the promises, promotions, and publicity provided by the team. For a project to maintain credibility and transparency, providing regular and clear updates is essential.

I have also noticed that members of the Aleph Research team have recently initiated a new project called "Akai," and another project called "Inevitable" has been launched by Junho Yeo. These projects appear to be receiving regular updates, which I hope is a positive indication of activity and progress.

However, if no news or updates about the Mint Cash project are provided by the end of December 2024, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter by reporting my concerns to the Korean police, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the United Kingdom police, given that Aleph Research Limited is incorporated in the United Kingdom.

I trust you will take this matter seriously and look forward to your prompt and detailed response.
