Could Not Publish Version 0.3.2 #17

The vsce tool timeout when trying to publish the latest version. The issue is related to https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-vsce/issues/446

Issue resolved after downgrading Node.js version to 13.x.x from 14.x.x
