Rename gulp scripts #30

Based on #22 - this feels more intuitive / descriptive

Let's get this merged after we change the docs - how should we handle this in the docs? We probably don't have any users to notify yet right?

I reckon we should label the old command as deprecated and refer readers to the new command.

Good idea... will keep scripts pointed to build in that case for a while.
