Addressing issue #20 - no rush on this one since it depends on us defining the scaffolding command and merging it with master.

@allmywant @dapperdrop - I have updated the docs here with the changes you added, David. Sam's had a review here, so if there's no further issues on this documentation, I can get this merged and published on mojito.mx.
