end-to-end-tests: include all fields #786

In https://github.com/mint-o-badges/badgr-ui/issues/567 we set up the basic infrastructure for Selenium end-to-end-tests. Most forms were only filled out in a rather minimal fashion: We should include all main fields of the forms that are used on the OEB platform.

restructure some code
Add tests for creating competency-badge
Include all fields in creating-badge page
Update ui by including elements ids and resolve some issues
