ui: show share option again #807

In https://github.com/mint-o-badges/badgr-ui/issues/496 we hid the option in in UI to share badges. We may now display this feature again.

The dialogue should be accessible in the private badge detail view of my backpack as a button next to the ...-context menu as Teilen:
