closes #806

Added a End-of-Edit-Dialog component with a variant for qr code generation
When a badge with no recipients is awarded the dialog pops up, asking if the user is sure
When a badge has recipients, editing is disabled. This is done by disabling the button which takes you to the editing menu (maybe this is also a back end task?)
