rebuild with vue-cli #26

之前的文档已经跑不起来了，用 vue-cli 重构建了一下，把 cooking 干掉了，文档只有两个小变化：

Quick Start 中关于 Mint-Starter 和自己规划文件结构的全部干掉了，改为建议使用 vue-cli，对小白友好些
加了个参与文档编辑的入口，省的其他人不知道该在哪贡献文档
