Test plan

  1. Locally run the server folder
  2. Locally run the vs code extension
  3. Using the vs code app create a folder/file/LOC link on a repo where the dev version of the github app is downloaded
  4. On that same repo create changes on that files that are affected by that folder/file/LOC & see if review comments/the CI check are functioning properly
