The miner does install and allows to run the app, but it doesnt start the miner nor displays the console log.

all permissions are granted to the app, also, anything on settings are set for let me use apps outside of the play store

I confirm. the miner really doesn't work on android 11.

Doesn't work on 14 either. Tester on moto G34 5G and moto G32
