[Request] Allow requester to delete song #22

Sometimes brain and fingers not work good and mis-clicks happen. Would be good to allow peopel to delete their own entries

If this is already possible I was unsure how!

Probably limit this to only allowing it to be deleted if it hasn't been voted for by anyone else.
