add river channel related variables to SVO #19

Dataset Name: River Width Dataset

  1. : River Average Width

    • description: average top width (in meters) along the center line of a river in a 1kmx1km cell
    • type: numerical
    • _suggestion: channel~river_water_x-section_top__average_of_width

  2. River Centerline Length:

    • description: length of the center line (in meters) of a river in a 1kmx1km cell
    • type: numerical

  3. River Average Elevation:

    • description: measures the average elevation (in meters) of the river reach pixels in a 1kmx1km cell
    • type: numerical
    • _suggestion: channel~river_water_surface__average_of_elevation

  4. River Average Elevation:

    • description: measures the area of the river in a 1kmx1km cell
    • type: numerical
    • _suggestion: channel~river_water_surface__area

URI and ID are the same thing, sorry for the confusion!
