Register Topoflow datasets for different regions in Ethiopia #40

Please register all of the files in this folder: https://data.mint.isi.edu/files/topoflow-regions/regions/climate/.

You need to register one dataset for each region. Each dataset will contain the tar files for all the years in different resolutions.

For example, the dataset Alwero GLDAS (2007-2017) will contain the alwero tar files from 2007 to 2017 in different resolutions.
