MIC is not committing the container #265

@mosoriob has already been working on this bug. I open it for visibility. Please close when changed are pushed

Describe the bug After dependencies are installed, MIC is not committing the container when doing upload.

To Reproduce Initialize MIC, install dependencies (apt-get, etc.) and proceed with the full process. When the container is uploaded, it does not have the extra dependencies installed.

Expected behavior The container should be committed when doing mic pkg upload
