[Model Catalog Setup UI] Clarify text on some fields. #337

In parameter assignment method, we should clarify the text.

"Calibrated": The model was calibrated (either manually or automatically) against baseline data. "Expert configured": A modeler did an expert guess of the parameters based on available data.
