Allow the ability to edit configurations as you can edit now setups:

Edit metadata (author, region, etc.)
Edit inputs/outputs
Add inputs/outputs
Add/edit code

Careful about the addition of I/O to a configuration: if it is not consistent with the setup, it will produce unexpected results. We should warn about this in the UI. Maybe not allow editing the number of I/O if the configuration has setups.
