[Modeling] Runs tab: Incorrect explanation about number of runs #399

Description In the Runs page, the explanation for the number of runs (number of resources x parameters) is incorrect. The number of resources are incorrect.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to https://dev.mint.isi.edu/south_sudan/modeling/scenario/ewUYVJSa43BnwpOIbdU4/0LVeEi3T1HLeWcuBTS7v/6ElAcaKxs7wYITwk7QcB/runs
  2. The text says "The parameter settings you selected require 33440 runs (1 input resources × 160 parameters)"

Expected behavior Expected it to say "The parameter settings you selected require 33440 runs (209 input resources × 160 parameters)."
