Blank results on "Filter & Select" datasets #406

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://mint.isi.edu/ethiopia/modeling/scenario/8bXRg2zsTjg5GYKUl26j/6C4uc8kBqRFSAvbMaRu2/lVAKz40J6KrvWZggRzIY/datasets
  2. Click on "Filter & Select" link under 'Cycles Weather and Soil Input'
  3. No resources appear in the popup window

Expected behavior Expect to see 215 resources

This bug seems to appear when I create the thread from my dev environment, but not from the main site. Closing for now, unless i see it reappear on the main site
