Updating model or version removes existing configurations in the UI #461

Describe the bug After a configuration for a model is added, editing the model or version will result in the existing configurations for that model to no longer show in the UI. To Reproduce

  1. Go to https://dev.mint.isi.edu/ethiopia/models/configure.
  2. Add a configuration for a model
  3. Edit the model or model version through https://dev.mint.isi.edu/ethiopia/models/edit
  4. Go back to https://dev.mint.isi.edu/ethiopia/models/configure. it disappears!

Expected behavior Not removing the existing configs
