Labels of indicators when defining a thread should be synced with the model catalog #478

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Related to #477. We need to make sure the labels and available models reflect the latest additions of the model catalog! For example, at the moment the droughtPredict model cannot be chosen in MINT.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like that every time a model setup is added, MINT updated the descriptions available in the thread menu.
