Cannot create new Model Setup #573

Describe the bug After saving a new model setup, it doesn't show up on the tree on the left

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to a model configuration for Quic-Fire: https://dev.mint.isi.edu/california/models/configure/81190799-fecb-418f-a994-727115845b0f/c0b2dfb2-3945-430d-bca2-d4c290410959/dfc9520c-bb7c-42d4-ac1e-693490673bdf3.
  2. Click on Add new Setup
  3. Add information and Save
  4. The setup doesn't appear on the left, even after reloading the page5.

Expected behavior The setup should appear on the left tree under the configuration
