unable to edit model configuration #578

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to a model configuration. For example, modflow
  2. Change something
  3. Click save
  4. See error

UI doesn't send the request. So, the model catalog UI doesn't seem to be the problem
