All Post-install scripts don't run #20

Only post-install hasura is running.

The problem could be that the post-install-endpoint.yaml refers to: name: post-install-model-catalog-endpoint

If I rename the post-install-endpoint.yaml file to post-install-model-catalog-endpoint.yaml file, it seems to work.
