Added ability to move channels up and down in the channel list #10

@yeahme49 apologies for the delay, just managed to get around to testing and looking at this. I've put some thoughts against the PR.

@yeahme49 apologies, I thought I'd done a PR for this last week; it was only when I wanted to reorder my own channels today that I noticed it wasn't updated.
