Dropping support for Leia #23

Now that OpenElec has released Matrix, it's unlikely that Leia support is needed anymore so I'm intending to drop support for it.

https://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=45246&pid=3083568#pid3083568 implies that there's still some desire for leia support. So I've put leia into a branch (https://github.com/mintsoft/kodi.plugin.ytchannels/tree/leia) before this is merged in, at least that way it's possible to port a change to it if desired
