update wslbridge2 patch file #282

Oh, thanks. Amended the commit comment. Will add a commit to update the wslbridge2 reference to 0.8 in the makefile. Yes, it works but I cannot test whether it solves that issue as I don't have that Windows version yet.

The wslbridge2 v0.8 solves the Windows Insider build issue. I am using it right now. Just check if the resize thing is same as before as you want. Apology for extra noise 🙇

Also check if the update does not break your system or introduce any other bugs.
