Let's discuss the scope of minui! What problems do we intend it to solve?

I actually optimistically wrote that in the readme :) But definitely deserves conversation. To quote it (my take on this):

Being sick and tired of simple UI components being tied into big web frameworks,
we started the minui initiative to create a UI component library that focuses on a
few very specific requirements:

- zero dependencies (no Angular, Polymer, etc)
- few, or ideally no indirect dependencies (no Less, Babel, etc)

I would add actually: single-page-app friendly.
