v0.10 Reminder: Turning off EZ Access mode #42

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. On the train demo site
2. Turn EZ Access mode on by pressing EZ Up or Down
3a. Touch the screen or any item on the screen
3b. Go back to the start and press "Start Demo"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
At 3a & 3b, the EZ Access highlight should disappear whenever the screen is 
touched. Instead, EZ Access cannot be turned off. The highlight appears on 
every screen (except the start screen), even across "sessions". Refreshing does 
not fix the issue, only closing the browser tab and opening a new one.

Fixed in latest ci. Will be available for testing on Chrome Store the next few 
days.
