Purpose of code changes on this branch:
Implement a new key binding attribute for a few select EZ Access keys.

When reviewing my code changes, please focus on:
That the code looks good and that I didn't break anything with my changes.

We may wish to change the values of the attributes to something easier to type, 
for example:
back
next
skipforward
skipback

Right now, I am using the JavaScript constant names of the key codes. Your 
thoughts?
