Navigation bug: empty elements #57

The highlight should completely skip block-level elements that are blank or 
have only white space content.

I have seen the current version highlight:
<p></p>
<hr>

Both of which should not be highlighted.

Can you provide an example to test on? is_all_ws is working well for me.
